Description

Are you a recent graduate passionate about civic engagement and ready to lead positive change in your community? The Lazord Fellowship invites visionary young leaders from Egypt, Jordan, Tunisia, and Greece to apply for its prestigious year-long regional fellowship program.  

About the Fellowship 

The Lazord Fellowship empowers emerging change-makers with the tools, skills, and networks needed to drive social impact. Fellows are placed full-time in local organizations working for the public good and benefit from hands-on experience, personalized mentoring, and intensive training.

Responsibilities

What Fellows Receive: 

• A one-year placement in a local host organization
• A monthly living stipend
• At least 18 professional training sessions led by experts in civil society, leadership, and management
• Ongoing mentorship with experienced professionals
• Participation in a team-based research project
• Networking opportunities with local and international leaders
• Participation in the Opening and Closing International Conferences with regional fellows 

Qualification

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates from any academic background (Class of 2023 or later)
• Demonstrated commitment to civic engagement
• Fluent in English
• Able to commit full-time from September 2025
• Available for the International Conference in October 2025
• Must have legal residency and work authorization in the country they apply to
• Egyptian male applicants must have fulfilled their military service requirement or be officially exempt
