Description

Applications are being invited for a Virtual Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at the Center for Management and Marketing Innovation, Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia. This opportunity is being offered to both Malaysian and international candidates, with the flexibility to participate remotely from any location worldwide. The position has been designed to accommodate scholars who may currently hold full-time employment but wish to engage in meaningful and impactful research in the fields of management, marketing, and innovation. Participation in this postdoctoral program will allow researchers to collaborate virtually, contribute to high-quality research output, and engage in scholarly activities that align with the Center’s strategic focus areas. The selected candidate will be affiliated with MMU's dynamic and growing research community and will be provided with the support necessary to produce peer-reviewed publications, contribute to grant applications, and participate in collaborative projects under the mentorship of experienced faculty members. 


Responsibilities

Key Features of the Program:

  • Remote/virtual participation enabled, allowing flexibility in research engagement
  • Open to early-career researchers, academics, and professionals across the globe
  • Focus areas include management innovation, digital marketing, strategic management, consumer behavior, and emerging business technologies
  • Collaboration with MMU's Center for Management and Marketing Innovation
  • Supervision and academic guidance offered by Dr. Lilian Anthonysamy and associated researchers 


Qualification

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A completed PhD in Management, Marketing, Business, Innovation, or a closely related field
  • A demonstrated record or strong interest in publishing research in indexed journals
  • Commitment to academic excellence and ethical research conduct
  • Ability to work independently in a remote research environment
  • Willingness to contribute to the research priorities of the Center
