Description
The Interdisciplinary Research Center for Sustainable Energy Systems (IRC-SES) at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) is searching for outstanding researchers to join our team as postdoctoral research fellows. We are contributing to Grid Modernization and Power System Optimization research with the ambition of advancements in sustainable energy integration and power system decarbonization.
Qualification
Qualification: PhD in electrical/systems engineering from a reputable university (awarded no earlier than January 2020), a strong recent track record of high-impact publications (Q1/Q2 ISI Journals), and no D/F grades in BSc, MSc, and PhD programs. PhDs from top-ranked institutions (QS) are highly valued.
· Duration: 2 years.
· Benefits: (SAR 144,000 ~ $38,400) per annum, tax-free salary, housing, transportation allowance, yearly one-month paid vacation, medical and dental treatment coverage, and a round-trip ticket (for the candidate and a spouse) to the primary address. The campus features excellent facilities, including a gym, swimming pool, and children's park, which are available for the candidate and their family.
