Description

A prestigious postdoctoral fellowship in Sustainable Enterprise is being offered through the Erb Institute at the University of Michigan, under the mentorship of Professor Andy Hoffman, Holcim (US) Professor of Sustainable Enterprise. This position has been created to support high-impact research at the intersection of environmental sustainability, organizational behavior, and public policy. The selected fellow will be engaged in research that explores how businesses, institutions, and society respond to the complex challenges of climate change, social responsibility, and sustainable development. Particular emphasis will be placed on advancing interdisciplinary understanding and developing scholarly contributions that influence both academia and practice.

The selected postdoctoral fellow will participate in impactful research focused on understanding and addressing key sustainability challenges. The work will examine how organizations and society navigate environmental and social transitions. Key areas of research emphasis include:
