Position Overview

The doctoral research will be situated within the field of collaborative learning, with a particular focus on how digital technologies influence and support learning processes. The selected candidate will engage with datasets derived from analytics-based dashboards designed to enhance collaborative educational practices. Additionally, there will be scope to explore data related to the implementation of technology-supported learning in professional environments. 

Qualification

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Educational Sciences or a related discipline (e.g., educational psychology, social or behavioral sciences)
• A well-structured project proposal (mandatory)
• Demonstrated research competence and academic writing proficiency
• Solid understanding of learning theories
• Prior involvement in educational research projects (preferred)
• Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Norwegian is considered advantageous
