Responsibilities

About the Role:

The selected candidate will take on two core responsibilities:

1. Project Management at the Say Institute:
   The institute's strategic initiatives will be led, managed, and coordinated by the postdoc, who will also handle operational and administrative tasks. Internal and external stakeholder engagement across local, national, and international ecosystems will be expected. Support will be provided by the institute’s Academic Director, Prof. Dr. René Mauer.
2. Leadership of a Flagship Survey-Based Research Project:
   A large-scale annual research study involving 200+ European corporations will be designed, implemented, and overseen. Topics such as entrepreneurial leadership, corporate venturing, digitization, and sustainability will be explored. The project will be guided under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Matthias Mrożewski. Dissemination through publications, conferences, and practitioner outlets will be facilitated. 

Qualification

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants are expected to demonstrate:

• A completed (or near completion) PhD in entrepreneurship, innovation, technology management, or a related field
• Preferably 2+ years of professional experience (consulting, founding, or project management)
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive, team-oriented attitude

Fluency in German and English, Excellent communication and organizational skills
